Our barn work includes a Grade II listed flint barn on a historic manor estate, where the oak roof was in such poor condition it had to be replaced completely.
We built a new oak roof, saved and restored the original oak frame wall, conserved the flintwork and fitted new Crittall-style windows, and the inside was finished to the owner's own design.
We also carry out change of use: at Wapsbourne Manor, a Grade II listed manor in East Sussex, we adapted the building for use as a House of Multiple Occupancy.

We also help with heritage statements, the scope and methodology, and material specifications before work starts.
